Out-of-Court Settlement of Disputes

In the event of disputes between our attorneys and the clients, it is possible, upon request, to settle disputes out of court with the regional bar association in Celle (pursuant to Section 73 Paragraph 2 No. 3 in conjunction with Section 73 Paragraph 5 BRAO) or with the conciliation body of the legal profession (Section 191 f BRAO) with the Federal Bar Association, which can be found on the online Homepage of the Federal Bar Association (www. brak.de, e-mail: schlichtungsstelle(at)brak(dot)de).
